We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support our finance operations and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting.

Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily expenses, lender receivables, MIS preparation, and referral payouts . This role requires attention to detail, timely reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and record day-to-day business expenses (petty cash, office costs, reimbursements).
• Maintain Receivables MIS sheet – track disbursements, lender commissions, and expected inflows.
• Follow up with lenders to track payments and reconcile receivables .
• Process and manage referral payouts (to CAs, partners, introducers) with accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review (weekly / monthly).
• Support invoice preparation, vendor payments, and reconciliations .
• Assist in bank reconciliations, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance support .
• Coordinate with auditors team during monthly / quarterly closings .
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting entries.
