Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Fullstack Developer with strong specialization in VueJS to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that deliver exceptional performance, scalability, and user experience. With 7+ years of professional development experience, you will leverage your expertise in both backend Java frameworks and modern frontend development with VueJS to build solutions that power our business and delight our users. This position requires a balance of technical excellence, leadership, and collaboration across teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Development : Design, build, and enhance robust fullstack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and VueJS .
  • Frontend Leadership : Lead the development of reusable and responsive VueJS components , ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to define and implement innovative features.
  • Performance Optimization : Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and high availability , ensuring best-in-class user experience.
  • Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Code Quality : Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to improving development processes.
  • UI / UX Feasibility : Collaborate with design teams to evaluate technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and bring them to life effectively.
  • Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to enhance application reliability.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience : 7–11 years of professional experience in fullstack development , with strong exposure to both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Frontend Expertise : Advanced proficiency in VueJS (Vuex, Vue Router, Composition API) and related frontend tools and libraries.
  • Backend Proficiency : Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture .
  • Web Fundamentals : Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles .
  • Databases : Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Architecture Knowledge : Strong understanding of web application architecture, design patterns, and best practices .
  • Tools & Practices : Experience with version control (Git), CI / CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Soft Skills : Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
