Job Title : Talent Acquisition Executive Location : Malad, Mumbai Joining : Immediate Role : -End-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions -Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates -Coordinating and scheduling interviews with relevant stakeholders -Managing joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding support -Maintaining recruitment trackers and databases -Handling basic employee grievances and escalating as needed -Collaborating with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing requirements Requirements : -6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience -Strong communication and coordination skills -Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques -Bachelor's degree in any relevant field Share your resume at :
