Mainframe Networks, where creative strategy and storytelling hang out . We craft integrated campaigns across Brand & Design, Digital Media, Video Production, Technology, and Events & Activations . We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to drive strategy, content, and growth for our clients’ digital presence and MFN’s own brand.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will own the end-to-end digital strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). The role demands a mix of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and performance orientation . You will collaborate with internal creative, design, and video teams while leading execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

o Develop platform-specific social media strategies aligned with client and

agency objectives.

o Build monthly content calendars with campaigns, hooks, and topical

trends.

o Identify and implement growth hacks, influencer collaborations, and

engagement initiatives.

  • Content & Execution
  • o Work with design and video teams to ensure high-quality posts, reels, and

    stories.

    o Write compelling captions, CTAs, and brand-led narratives.

    o Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.

  • Performance & Analytics
  • o Monitor KPIs across platforms (reach, engagement, followers, conversions). o Prepare weekly / monthly reports with actionable insights.

    o Recommend optimizations for organic and paid campaigns.

  • Client & Team Management
  • o Serve as the primary point of contact for client social mandates.

    o Manage internal workflows with designers, copywriters, and video editors.

    o Present ideas, campaign recaps, and new concepts to clients confidently.

    Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of experience managing social media for brands / agencies.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing (Google / Meta Ads) is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
