Job Description for Senior (Operations)_Manager – Registrar and Share Transfer Agent

• A Team Leader, must be NISM -Series-II-A certified. Should be able to handle Team of 15 to 17 Persons
• Good knowledge of RTA Operations in listed and unlisted Sector both & can manage SLA's and timelines defined for RTA Activities as per Master circular issued by SEBI.
• Manage all types of Equity Corporate Actions including dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues etc.
• Good exposure to Unlisted Equity Admission including SME / Main board IPO
• Manage AGM / EGM / EVOTING / Postal Ballot.
• Responsible for Handling Audits : internal audit, SEBI Audit, System Audit etc.
• Should be technically sound and have capability to handle Automation and integration of Activities in the Software with support of IT.
• Can independently coordinate with clients to resolve corporate action-related queries and admission-related matters efficiently.
• Can independently coordinate closely with depositories (NSDL / CDSL) for corporate actions and admission processes and SEBI as well.
• Excellent inter personal skills, Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written both.
• Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it

Education And Experience :

Applicant must be from Commerce Back ground having good knowledge of RTA operations

Post- graduation Desirable

10 - 12 Year's Experience with Some RTA / Depository Participant / share broking firms.
