The role involves collaborating with business leaders, academia, and external partners to strengthen talent pipelines and drive learning adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate training programs for interns, graduates, and employees.
• Partner with business leaders and trainers to align learning with business needs.
• Implement upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives to build workforce agility.
• Drive digital learning adoption through LMS and external platforms.
• Track program effectiveness using HR analytics and feedback.
