About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic L&D professional to design and deliver impactful training programs, internship initiatives, and workforce upskilling solutions. The role involves collaborating with business leaders, academia, and external partners to strengthen talent pipelines and drive learning adoption.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate training programs for interns, graduates, and employees.
- Partner with business leaders and trainers to align learning with business needs.
- Implement upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives to build workforce agility.
- Drive digital learning adoption through LMS and external platforms.
- Track program effectiveness using HR analytics and feedback.
What We're Looking For
3 years' experience in L&D, HR Operations, or Talent Development.Strong skills in program coordination, stakeholder management, and HR analytics.Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, LMS tools.Masters in HR / HRD or related field preferred.Why Join Us
