Client Engagement & Relationship Building :
- Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings to discuss business opportunities.
- Promote IT services in the US market to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction while attracting new clients.
Sales & Market Development :
Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities.Find and develop new markets to improve sales performance.Develop sales strategies and execute them to meet or exceed business growth targets.Build and manage sales funnels, business development, and marketing strategies for new accounts.Team Leadership & Collaboration :
Set goals for the development team and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.Train inside sales representatives and provide guidance to help team members improve their skills.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure smooth project processes, addressing any issues as they arise.Provide updates and reports on sales progress, managing both senior management and client expectations.Requirements :
Proven experience in IT sales and lead generation (Cold calling).Strong communication skills with fluency in IT and the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills.Self-disciplined, target-focused, and able to work effectively within a team matrix environment.Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate flexibility, and maintain a positive attitude.Proficient in English with excellent business communication skills.Skills Required
