Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who can own core backend systems, ship fast, and build scalable infrastructure to power intelligent agent workflows and AI-native applications. If you enjoy designing production-grade systems, scaling real-world AI workloads, and diving deep into systems design—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Scale Backend Systems : Build and scale high-performance backend systems using Python (FastAPI), ensuring modular, efficient architecture aligned with product goals.
• Cloud Deployment and Optimization : Deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure for reliability and scalability.
• LLM Integration and Collaboration : Work closely with AI and product teams to integrate LLM pipelines (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) into backend services.
• Leadership and Engineering Culture : Independently lead projects, mentor junior engineers, set code quality standards, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-ownership engineering culture.
