Job descriptionProvide detailed information on different visa categories, requirements, and procedures. Educate clients about timelines, documentation, and success factors for each visa type. Understand client motivations (travel, migration, business, study, etc.) and match them with suitable visa options. Offer tailored advice to maximize client satisfaction and success rates. Present service packages and pricing professionally. Handle objections and close sales effectively while maintaining a consultative approach. Ensure proper documentation and registration of clients in CRM or sales systems. Collect necessary payments and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide a complete and accurate case summary to the operations team for processing.
