We expect candidates to have :

  • Very good communication and organizational skills,
  • English proficiency at minimum C1 level (required),
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (required),
  • Availability to work from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM (Warsaw time), Monday to Friday,
  • A phone for making and receiving business calls,
  • Meticulousness and accuracy,
  • Flexible availability (including overtime during high season),
  • Ability to analyze and organize data,
  • Ability to conduct independent negotiations and build relationships to achieve company goals,
  • Independence,
  • Knowledge of how to effectively acquire business partners,
  • Ability to create and improve processes,
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace tools and the ability to use them effectively in daily work,
  • Fast and stable internet connection, as well as reliable tools for remote work.

Your duties will include :

  • Researching suppliers : transport companies and guides
  • Negotiating rates and conditions with suppliers, including transport companies and guides
  • Contacting tourist attractions to arrange sightseeing cooperation
  • Entering prices and terms of cooperation into the system
  • Setting prices in price lists in agreement with the Manager
  • Renegotiating rates with suppliers
  • Solving crisis situations
  • Preparing proposals for new initiatives or changes to existing programs or procedures,
  • Reviewing data to identify trends or patterns that may suggest areas for improvement,
  • Coordinating projects with other departments or individuals to ensure smooth implementation of ideas or plans,
  • Analyzing data to identify problems and make recommendations for improvements,
  • Preparing reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions.
