Quality Manager

Position : Manager – Quality Department

Location : Gandhidham, Gujarat

CTC : ₹12–17 LPA

Facility : Free bachelor accommodation

Qualification : Graduate (Engineering preferred)

Experience : 12–17 years (Plywood industry experience mandatory / preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and implement quality systems for plywood manufacturing.
• Monitor quality at all production stages and ensure compliance with BIS, ISO, and other certifications.
• Lead testing, inspections, and root cause analysis of non-conformities.
• Handle ISO 9001 documentation, certification audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Train and guide QC and production teams on quality standards.
