Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Specialist based in India to manage end-to-end HR operations while also supporting recruitment activities primarily in India and, when required, in the United States. This role will be responsible for core HR functions including payroll, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and talent acquisition support.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations (Primary Focus)
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India employees in coordination with payroll vendors
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, system access, and exit formalities
- Manage statutory compliances including :
Provident Fund (PF)
ESI
Professional Tax (PT)
Gratuity
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentationAddress employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policiesSupport performance management, leave management, and attendance trackingEnsure compliance with Indian labor laws and company policiesRecruitment Support (Secondary Focus)

3–6 years of experience in HR operations and recruitmentStrong hands-on experience with Indian payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)Experience handling employee onboarding and exit processesWorking knowledge of India labor lawsExperience supporting recruitment for IT / consulting roles preferredStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyNice-to-Have
Exposure to US recruitment processes (IT staffing, contract / permanent hiring)Familiarity with HRMS and ATS toolsPrior experience in a consulting or IT services organization
