Role Overview :
We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join our team in Rajkot . This is a full-time on-site role where you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, a basic understanding of IT systems, and a proactive attitude toward solving problems and driving results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, organising, and managing IT projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Identify project risks and communicate updates to stakeholders in a timely manner
- Support documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and constraints
- Facilitate daily or weekly stand-up meetings and maintain project tracking tools
