About WorkBuddyHR
WorkBuddyHR is an early-stage startup building a next-generation HRMS platform designed for small and medium businesses. Our goal is to simplify employee onboarding, HR operations, performance management, and workforce automation. We are currently in our 0–1 product-building phase, working closely with early adopters to shape the future of HR automation.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Founding Team Member – Customer Support & Implementation who can work directly with early customers, help them onboard successfully, and build strong customer support processes from the ground up.
This is an opportunity to work closely with the founders, gain deep startup experience, and take ownership of critical customer-facing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end customer onboarding : requirement gathering, configuration, data setup, and go-live coordination.
Provide high-quality customer support and ensure quick resolution of issues.
Understand customer needs and translate them into product feedback for the tech team.
Build SOPs, FAQs, and support documentation from scratch.
Work with Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve customer experience.
Track customer performance metrics (adoption, time-to-value, satisfaction).
Contribute to shaping WorkBuddyHR’s early culture, processes, and customer success strategy.

Compensation Details
This is a pre-funding role.
Stipend / Salary will begin after the company secures funding.
Until then, you will work as a core founding team contributor.
You will gain real startup experience, product knowledge, and operational exposure that typically takes years in established companies.
High-performing team members may be considered for equity / ESOPs after funding.
