Senior Engineer - Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI / ML models
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify business problems that can be solved using AI / ML
• Architect scalable ML solutions and guide the team through experimentation, prototyping, and production deployment
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure best practices in ML workflows and software engineering
• Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in the AI / ML ecosystem
• Ensure performance, accuracy, and reliability of deployed models through monitoring and continuous improvement
• Own project delivery timelines and manage sprint planning, resource allocation, and task Qualifications :
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 48 years of experience in building and deploying ML models in real-world applications
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries / frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn, etc.
• Solid understanding of algorithms in supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML Ops practices
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to take to Have :
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and model deployment pipelines
• Contributions to open-source projects or published research
• Experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects
