Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Manager - Strategic Initiatives at Exponentia.ai. The responsibilities include leading strategic projects, driving program and project management, orchestrating cross-functional efforts, and aligning organizational initiatives with business goals. The Manager will analyze business opportunities, design strategic plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive large-scale innovations and ensure impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Projects :

Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

GTM Planning :

Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or business lines.

Operational Excellence :

Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve productivity and profitability.

Performance Improvement :

Analyze key metrics (e.g., revenue per project, margin per project) and develop actionable plans to enhance outcomes.

Leadership Support :

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for critical decisions.

Stakeholder Management :

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.

Data-Driven Insights :

Use analytics to support strategic decisions and measure impact of initiatives.

Desired Profile

Experience :

4–5 years of experience in technology domain, with at least 1 year post-MBA in a strategic or consulting role.

Education :

MBA from ISB / IIM (A / B / C / L / I) / SP Jain.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Exposure to

consulting or corporate strategy in technology domain

is a plus.
