We're seeking a seasoned expert to advise CXOs and transformation leaders on GCC setup, scaling, and maturity models, and help shape operating frameworks for multi-functional GCCs.

• Advise on GCC setup, scaling, and maturity models
• Design and refine operating frameworks for multi-functional GCCs
• Lead capability assessments, benchmarking, and location strategy evaluations
• Facilitate cross-border teaming agreements, governance structures, and risk mitigation plans
• Develop talent strategies, including leadership pipelines, succession planning, and skill mapping
