Role Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Coordinator with strong graphic design expertise to work closely with our US-based Marketing Manager. You will design marketing assets, support content initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across all materials. Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design : Create eye-catching marketing materials—including brochures, LinkedIn creatives, capability statements, and case studies.

Collaboration : Work closely with the US-based Marketing Manager to deliver projects on time.

Brand Alignment : Ensure all visuals follow ARK Solutions’ brand guidelines and quality standards.

Content Support : Partner with the content team to develop assets that elevate our marketing efforts.

Design Tools : Use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools to produce professional, high-quality visuals.

Project Management : Handle multiple design projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Requirements

• ️ 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or similar creative roles
• ️ Strong skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• ️ Experience designing social media posts, capability statements, and case studies
• ️ Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow creative direction
• ️ Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional and international teams
• ️ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

➕ Experience in B2B marketing or the staffing / consulting industry is a plus
