Position : Sr. HR Executive / Assistant Manager HR
Experience required : 3 to 7 Years (HR Generalist / Corporate HR)

Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage entire recruitment cycle with desired TAT, scope includes manpower planning, sourcing, screening, Interviewing.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.Developing employee engagement initiatives / calendar, promoting positive work environment.Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to performance management.Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees.Keeping track attendance, leaves & reimbursements, in adherence to Company policies.Ensure statutory compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration including insurance, gratuity & full and final settlements.Contact Person
