Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Odoo Developer who can manage both backend and frontend development of Odoo ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL, with hands- on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Odoo modules. The developer will work closely with functional teams to build scalable, user-friendly ERP solutions tailored to business requirements. In addition, international travel is expected as the role involves working closely with global clients and supporting deployments across multiple regions.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules for both backend and frontend.
• Implement business workflows, automation scripts, and custom features using Python and Odoo ORM.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and external APIs (REST, JSON, XML-RPC).
• Perform database management and optimization on PostgreSQL for performance tuning.
• Customize and enhance the Odoo web client using OWL framework and QWeb templates.
• Handle Odoo version upgrades, migration scripts, and patch management.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Odoo environments on Odoo.Sh, Docker, or on-premises servers.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of Odoo instances.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Functional Consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide technical documentation, user training, and post-deployment support.
• Ensure system security, role-based access, and data integrity across modules.

Educational Qualification :

B.E. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
