• Develop and execute test cases and scripts to ensure software products meet quality standards.
• Identify, track, and report defects and issues found during testing from both a testing and customer perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing of software products.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities to scope and resource testing activities effectively.
