Change management
- Establish annual work plan for change management in collaboration with IS leadership team and stakeholders
to set objectives, performance measurements, standards and results expected
Monitor implementation of the annual work plan, oversee progress and ensure the delivery of results as plannedand according to expectation
Utilize existing management dashboards to keep teams apprised on the status of projects / change taking placePromote teamwork and collaboration by providing the IS team with clear direction, objectives and guidance toenable IS objectives to change are achieved
