Platform Engineers (Azure VM, DevOps) - Senior Tech Lead

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. Lead the design and implementation of end- user environment sand VDI Solutions, ensuring alignments with business goals and project timelines.

2. Resource who understands Architecture, able to design VDI solutions, E2E knowledge on End User Platforms / environments, GPO – Knowledge on what are the different GPO, how to enforce GPO. Knowledgeable on Kubernetes

3. Design remote access solutions for VPN, Citrix, Gateway. Configure Networks, setting up firewall, VPN. Citrix Netscalar for accessing brokered virtual desktop. SME in Netscalar / similar technologies.

Good-to-Have

1. Microsoft AZ-900 or equivalent Cloud certified.

2. Modern Engineering, Agile & DevOps processes (including GitLab).

3. Global scale deployments.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support technical solutions on a global scale, ensuring compliance with all bank and regulatory controls

Collaborate with architecture teams to engineer solutions for the End User Platforms

Drive Dev Ops Maturity with a Focus on Automation - understand various development methods, infra and configuration tools and scripting skills for engineering automation tools

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities through innovative product development and deployment.

Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations to protect user data and privacy.

Drive cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising product quality or user experience
