Job Description :

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Actively participate in business calls with stakeholders to address staffing needs.
• Prioritize recruitment tasks based on business urgency.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to specific requirements.
• Communicate with shortlisted candidates, providing details about the role, specifications, and business context.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to review requirements and provide regular status updates.
• Organize and manage recruitment drives for lateral hires, both on weekdays and weekends.
• Follow up with candidates on documentation and joining formalities.
• Extensive experience handling both bulk and specialized recruitment needs.
