Job Title : Alternative Investments Product Strategist - Real Assets

Level : Analyst / Associate

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluating various Real Asset product offerings - from residential, commercial to infra funds and standalone assets + REITs / InvITs.
• Fund raise : Working closely with sales team to equip them with the right data to help support the fund raise.
• Stakeholder management : Cross functional collaboration with the product manufacturers, finance, marketing, operations, compliance, service teams; all stakeholders that are associated through the lifecycle of a product.
• Reviews : Timely and regular reviews of products, creating summary notes to be shared with sales relationship managers and clients.
