Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and statutory compliance.

Develop and execute financial strategies to support hospital growth and sustainability.

Monitor revenue cycles, patient billing systems, and cost control measures.

Ensure timely audits, tax filings, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with the management team to support strategic planning and business decisions.

Lead financial risk management, capital planning, and performance reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Proven experience in finance management within a

multispecialty hospital setup .

Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Excellent knowledge of healthcare finance operations and compliance norms.
