Role Overview

HGPI is seeking dynamic, passionate, and results-driven marketing professionals to lead its admissions and outreach initiatives across Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, and nearby regions .

The role offers an exciting opportunity to combine field marketing, student engagement, and institutional branding to drive admissions and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing and admission campaigns across schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
  • Conduct field visits, seminars, scholarship drives, and career counselling sessions in assigned areas.
  • Build strong networks with principals, counsellors, and education consultants .
  • Coordinate digital, print, and social media marketing efforts to support institutional branding.
  • Represent HGPI at education fairs, career expos, and promotional events .
  • Achieve monthly and seasonal admission and lead-conversion targets .
  • Collaborate with design, digital, and admissions teams to develop marketing materials and outreach content.
  • Maintain updated lead and enquiry databases through CRM tools and regular reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, or related fields .
  • 1–5 years of experience in educational marketing, admissions, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and digital outreach tools will be a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
