Role Overview

• The Incumbent will be responsible for manufacturing engineering of TIG welding
• This role will provide Leadership & Process expertise to Welding shop support team.
• Shall have hands on experience in fabrication and welding of Stainless steel and Inconel alloys for tubes and ducts of commercial aircraft engines.
• Shall have basic knowledge of all weld process Shall have hands on experience in using and complying to international welding codes and standards like AWS, ASME, EN etc.
• Ability to read, understand, analyze and interpret drawings, manuals, SOP, MOS and other material to determine finish product.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions using problem solving tools like 5WHY Analysis, fish bone diagram, PDCA etc.
• Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously and Ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Shall have experience in X Ray quality TIG welding with >

96% yield.

The Ideal Candidate : The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for TIG welding tasks involving low-thickness stainless steel (SS) and INCO materials, with a preference for experience working on tubes and ducts used in commercial aircraft engines.
