This role focuses on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM). Experience in Process improvement, Making Policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Improvement & Optimization :
- Design and implement strategies to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve workflows and reduce waste.
- Continuous Improvement Leadership :
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and Kaizen events.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.
- Performance Management :
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational performance.
- Benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Work closely with teams in operations, finance, HR, and IT to align improvement initiatives with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Training & Capability Building :
- Provide training and mentorship in Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Develop local capabilities and coach teams on improvement methodologies.
- Risk & Compliance Management :
- Identify process risks and implement controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt), PMP, or ITIL are preferred.5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.Skills & Competencies :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement tools.Strategic thinking and ability to drive change.Experience with performance measurement and benchmarking.
