Who We’re Looking For :

We are seeking Senior Consultants – Strategy & Enterprise IT with proven experience in IT transformation, enterprise architecture, and board-level technology advisory. You will work directly with Aparna Kumar and client CXOs to define digital roadmaps, optimise technology spend, and modernise IT foundations.

You will play a critical role in designing enterprise-wide transformation frameworks, value realisation offices (VROs), and governance models that align technology strategy to business growth and compliance imperatives.

Engagement Model :

Retainership or Contractual basis

Duration : 12 to 36 months per engagement (extendable based on project continuity)

Flexible and hybrid work structure (remote with client interface)

Earning Potential :

Senior Consultants typically earn ₹20–40 lakhs annually , based on the number and size of projects managed. With Nexora’s expanding project pipeline and established client relationships, partners can expect 4–6 high-value engagements annually.

Ideal Profile :

12–18 years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or technology transformation consulting

Deep understanding of frameworks like TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, and IT governance models

Strong executive presence and ability to engage with CXO and Board stakeholders

Track record in designing IT modernisation or GCC transformation programs

Passionate about creating measurable business impact through strategic technology enablement
