Role Title : Senior Project Manager – Salesforce & Marketing Tech

Location : Remote (India)

Shift Timing : 4 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM IST

Role Summary :

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager with proven expertise in Salesforce implementation and marketing / operations technology platforms such as Twilio and Findhelp. This role demands strategic collaboration with US-based teams, hands-on technical leadership, and a sharp eye for ROI-driven execution. If you're passionate about driving impact across cross-functional teams and thrive in Agile environments, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities :

Spearhead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
Lead deployment of Twilio, Findhelp, and other marketing / ops platforms to enhance outreach and engagement.
Partner daily with US-based PMs to align on deliverables, timelines, and strategic goals.
Apply Agile / Scrum methodologies to manage sprints, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Use tools like MS Project, JIRA, or equivalents to track progress and manage dependencies.
Deliver weekly stakeholder reports covering project health, risks, and milestone achievements.
Conduct financial analysis to assess ROI, optimize budgets, and support executive decision-making.
Drive strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of total experience, including 2–3 years in Salesforce implementation.

Hands-on experience with Twilio, Findhelp, and similar platforms.

Comfortable working US shifts and collaborating across time zones.

Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).

Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in ROI and financial impact assessments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
