Led by the Chief Actuary, Xceedance has announced the expansion of global Actuarial and Analytics (A&A) Services to better align with the strategic objectives and commitments of insurance organizations. The expanded capabilities feature advisory, consulting, staff enablement and technology enablement services.
Role and Responsibilities
This role will directly report to Vice President, Actuarial & Analytics Enablement, India and is responsible for working independently for the client along with mentoring the junior members of the team. In addition to working independently and in teams on internal initiatives, this role also participates in client engagements, relationship management and solutioning. This includes :
- Works collaboratively with the A&A Account Executive on client engagements and drive usage of A&A services
- Peer reviews work done by other A&A team members
- Brings technical and subject matter expertise to all Capital Modeling related discussions

Qualified / Nearly Qualified Actuary from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) and / or any other well-recognized actuarial society.8+ years of P&C industry experience with expertise in any core actuarial topic – Pricing, Reserving and / or Capital ModellingHighly numerate and analytical with very good academic recordUnderstands the interactions between pricing, reserving and capital modelling as well as difference in assumptionsStrong and effective verbal and writing communication skillsCapital modeling experience is desirableKnowledge of any capital modelling tool / platform e.g. Igloo, Tyche, ReMetrica or any other tool (preferred)Experience of performing capital modelling specifically in the Lloyd's market / UK (preferred)Solvency II & Regulatory Reporting experience (preferred)
