Position : LS-DYNA Project Engineer
Experience Required : 3 – 6 Years
Education Qualification : B.E / M.Tech in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Perform FEA analysis using LS-DYNA (Implicit and Explicit) for component-level simulations .
- Work with pre-processors such as HyperMesh and LS-PrePost for model preparation and results evaluation.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of simulation results.
- Conduct conclusive analysis by correlating simulation and test data, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Support cross-functional team activities and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
- Learn and implement new methods to handle multiple tasks / projects effectively.
- Document and present findings clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with global teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements, including flexible working hours if needed.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong fundamentals in engineering mechanics, strength of materials, and finite element methods .Hands-on experience with LS-DYNA solver (Implicit & Explicit) for structural / component simulations.Good proficiency in HyperMesh, LS-PrePost for preprocessing and postprocessing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive meaningful conclusions.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment .Proactive, quick learner with adaptability to changing business needs.Preferred / Added Advantage
Exposure to seatbelt simulation activities and seatbelt product engineering .Relevant certifications in LS-DYNA / FEA tools.Prior experience in automotive crashworthiness, occupant safety, or related CAE domains.Why Join Us
