Designation : Assistant Manager - (Frontline / Bulk / Volume Hiring)
Location : Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
6 days Work from office
Qualification : Any Graduate
Job Description :
- Candidates handling Frontline / Bulk hiring / Volume Hiring only should apply
- Vendor Management Experience is mandatory
- Total Experience - 8 to 12 years
- Relevant Exp - 1 year+ as a AM on paper
- Handled a team of atleast 5-8 Recruiters / Sr. Recruiters
- Handled Bulk, volume and Frontline Hiring, agent based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize
- Vendor Management, Employee Referral and Sourcing Team
- Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 95% Fill rate
- Must be comfortable with WFO
- Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts
