BMS OPERATORS JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Check CCTV Backup
• Check ticket of ID card / Temp request and reply the ticket
• As per request, update data in Excel and activate the temp cards
• As per request / approved, activate temp cards for GGN, PUNE, BLR, ARENA, EZT
• As per ticket requested, after Vinay V sir's approval, update data in Excel and print the ID card
• As per locations mentioned in request, activate printed ID card
• Daily basis handing / taking over update in Excel
• Maintain New ID card issue register on daily basis
• Maintain Visitors register on daily basis
• As per Slack message, forward employees' requests to concerned person
• As per employees' request for vending machine access, update in group to activate the access
