About the Role

We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who can run and scale campaigns that drive results. You’ll be the engine behind Technosport’s growth — making sure every rupee spent on ads delivers maximum return.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch & optimize performance campaigns across multiple channels : search, social, retargeting, marketplace ads, display, offline awareness when needed.

Manage advertising budgets : allocate, monitor, shift spent between campaigns / channels based on performance.

Manage & optimize product catalogs / feeds in Meta and Google to ensure accurate, high-converting dynamic ads.

Constant creative & messaging testing : ad copy, visuals, CTAs, offers; iterate fast.

Work with creative / content / graphic teams to produce assets that are conversion-friendly.

Monitor bottom-of-funnel metrics : add-to-cart → checkout → purchase → repeat, and find ways to reduce drop-offs.

Use analytics & attribution measurement to track true ROI; define CAC vs LTV targets; understand incremental impact (paid vs organic / marketplace).

Leverage marketplace campaigns : optimize listings, promotions, marketplace ads, deal seasons.

Geo-targeting + local awareness campaigns for store launches – ensure digital campaigns drive footfall.

Stay updated with channel innovations / new ad formats, test new growth channels (influencers, affiliates, programmatic etc.)

Requirements

2–3 years of solid performance marketing in B2C / retail / e-commerce.

Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads; marketplace ads experience preferred.

Good understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, repeat purchaser metrics.

Experience with A / B testing, landing page optimization, creative iteration.

Analytical & data-driven mindset; comfort with dashboards, metrics, attribution modelling.

Creative sensibility – able to judge what kind of copy / design might work.

Excellent organizational & time management skills. Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Comfortable working under targets, flexibility to shift strategy quickly.

Exposure to local / offline + digital integration (e.g. campaigns tied to store openings) is a plus.
