A People and Culture (P&C) apprentice is responsible for managing and maintaining the P&C database and
ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of employee data management within the system.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure the P&C database is up to date with accurate employee information (personal details, employment
history, health insurance etc.).
Manage and maintain all P&C records, including new hire data and changes in employment status.Helping to track employee training progress and certifications.Regularly audit the database to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.Provide user support and training for BambooHR to employees.Ensure all employee records are properly filed and securely stored in the system.Manage historical P&C records as needed.Ensure that P&C data is readily available for audits and legal compliance checks.Prepare reports required by regulatory authorities or internal audits related to workforce data, employee documentation, or labour regulations.Adhere to all Jord company policies and IMS requirementsSkills And Experience
Bachelors / Masters in relevant human resources professional.Excellent computer skills including advanced skills in MS Office computing applications.Sound written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the capacity to dealconfidently and courteously with people at all levels.
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.Skills Required
