▷ (15h Left) Assistant Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP / WMS and reconcile with physical inventory.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports (stock levels, inward / outward movement, shortages, damages, wastage, etc.).
• Use MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas) for data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to FIFO / FEFO and proper material handling practices.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for timely deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse manpower efficiency and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Support audits by providing accurate records and documentation.
• Implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve accuracy.
