Job descriptionStrong experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service). Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps . Experience with Custom Connectors, Web Resources, and SSRS / Power BI Reports . Knowledge of Dataverse, Azure Functions, and API integration . Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy custom entities, plugins, workflows, and business rules within Dynamics 365.
- Customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Services .
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical designs.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot system issues.
- Support upgrades, version migrations, and system enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance .
