Business Development Representative

Business Development / Inside Sales is one of the most critical growth roles at HighRadius.

We call them - Financial Technology Advisors (FTA)

Why?

FTAs are the face of our company. They understand our buyer's pain points, spot the whitespace and help sales reps to deliver ARR

We are hiring Business Development Reps, aka FTAs

The day in the life of an FTA

  • Use data chops to segment the accounts and contacts
  • Gather account and contact intelligence through secondary research
  • Plan & execute multi-channel campaigns (call, email, LinkedIn)
  • Understand prospect pain points and find solutions with sales and pre-sales reps
  • Compete to be on the top of the leaderboard. We reward handsomely for top performers!

Excited? Who can apply?

  • 2-5 yrs of business development / sales dev / inside sales experience
  • Worked in global SaaS / Product companies
  • Who is ready to ride or die with the customer (Understand and solve customer pain points)
  • Who believe in numbers don't lie (Data-driven mindset)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or comparable education / experience
  • Entrepreneurial bent of mind, attention to detail
