Job Title : TPF Developer

Location : PAN India (Hybrid Work Model)

Employment Type : Permanent

Experience Required : Minimum 4+ years (Must have 5+ years of relevant TPF experience)

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled TPF (Transaction Processing Facility) Developer to join our growing team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting applications running in the TPF environment. This role is critical to ensuring the stability and scalability of systems used in the airline and travel industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain TPF-based applications, particularly in airline reservation and operations domains.
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions using TPF, TPFDF, and related tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and production deployment processes.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues using IBM Toolkit / Debugger.
  • Optimize existing code and participate in system performance improvement initiatives.
  • Document code, processes, and design decisions for internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in TPF application development.
  • Strong working knowledge of TPFDF (Transaction Processing Facility Data Facility).
  • Proficiency with IBM Toolkit / Debugger.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing or supporting Airline Reservations and / or Airline Operations systems on TPF.
  • Deep understanding of PNR (Passenger Name Record) structures and related system components.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a distributed team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a global or airline industry IT environment.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools or CI / CD processes is a plus.
