Security Operations Center Manager / SOC Manager

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a 24 / 7 Security Operations Center (SOC) focusing on OT environments in renewable energy projects.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOC procedures, protocols, and policies.
• Detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents targeting industrial control systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external vendors for risk mitigation and rapid incident response.
• Monitor threat intelligence and vulnerability data specific to OT environments such as solar, wind, and battery storage.
• Utilize advanced tools and technologies for proactive threat detection and response.
• Ensure effective communication of incidents, threat posture, and security status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, industry standards, and OT security best practices.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks across renewable energy OT networks.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of SOC analysts and other security personnel.
• Enforce tailored cybersecurity measures and controls across all OT infrastructure.
• Maintain and report detailed documentation of all security incidents, resolutions, and strategic improvements.
• Provide comprehensive security reports and executive summaries to senior management.
