Head - Corporate Affairs & Laison

Responsibilities

Comprehensive understanding of government processes, regulatory frameworks, and public policy development

Proven experience in managing corporate affairs functions within the Real Estate Development industry

Strong network of contacts within government, regulatory bodies, and industry associations

Demonstrated success in advocacy, lobbying, and external engagement strategies

Experience in crisis management, issues mitigation, and reputation management

Proficiency in budgeting, resource management, and vendor oversight for corporate affairs activities

Knowledge of sustainability practices and corporate social responsibility frameworks

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Law

Master's degree or additional certifications in Public Affairs

Experience

More than 20 years of work experience.

More than 5 years of independently leading function in mid / large scale organization in relevant sector

Must have led function for multiple locations / National level

MNC / Indian / Conglomerates
