Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on ownership and loves building beautiful, performant, and scalable web experiences. You’ll lead the frontend efforts for Commotion’s product suite — helping shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture as we scale.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design and development of our frontend systems using React , Redux , and TypeScript
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship high-quality features fast
- Own frontend architecture and guide technical best practices
- Mentor junior developers and help drive the team’s technical direction
- Ensure performance, accessibility, and scalability across our platform
