Responsibilities :

• Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create / modify data models, transforming raw data into relevant insights
• Optimize the performance of existing Power BI solutions and find room for improvement, driving faster response times and flexible outcomes, allowing data exception adjustments to be integrated accordingly
• Troubleshoot & resolve issues, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the Power BI environment
• Enhance the homegrown sales compensation reporting process developed within Power BI
• Compile information from various databases and data systems, so that collected data can be integrated, modified and applied for analysis
• Develop reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to help users clearly understand complex data
