Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, articulate, and driven Senior Business Development Manager —with a pleasing personality and a background in professional services or in business where the interaction was with CXO’s. The ideal candidate is someone who loves traveling, has interacted with CXOs

and senior decision-makers, and thrives in client-facing environments. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cybersecurity and enterprise technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domain.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.

Present solutions effectively through meetings, demos, and proposals.

Collaborate with presales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.

Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM tools.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

4–12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or professional services.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A pleasing and confident personality with a consultative sales approach.

Experience engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a plus (training will be provided).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
