Job Title : Assistant Manager- Finance (Accounts Payable & MIS)

Location : Jaipur

Job Description :

The Assistant Manager – Finance (Accounts Payable & MIS) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end‑to‑end accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, and maintaining vendor relationships. Also, he / she will be responsible for preparing MIS on a monthly basis with meaningful financial insights. The role combines hands-on operational work, process improvement, team leadership, and strategic MIS analysis.

Key responsibilities :

MIS & Reporting :

• Prepare monthly MIS for Minimalist as per the specified deadlines and ensure accuracy of data.
• Close coordination with all the relevant stakeholders at the time of month end, quarter end and year end closing.
• Provide adhoc reports / dashboards as requested by senior management.
• Analyse data : highlight variances along with reasoning, cost saving opportunities, and suggest improvements.
