Job descriptionFive years or more of Experience supporting an HRIS from within an HR department Experience with reporting applications, developing, creating, and responding to report request is required ADP Workforce Now and Workday experience a plus Experience with Workday Security / Reporting / Business Process configuration a plus Experience with organizing project tasks is preferred. PMP certification a plus Experience with HRIS integrations desired Experience with system implementation and testing Understanding of HR programs and policies along with a commitment to HR principles of confidentiality required data analysis and report building skills is essential Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through ability Exhibits sound judgment asks smart questions, and has a curious nature Ability to lead people, foster collaboration, and build consensus while operating in a fast-moving environment Ability to work independently, highly accountable and is also a strong team player Ability to multi-task under pressure and readily shift priorities as required Workday Studio, SOAP, XML, and XSLT skills a plus Highly proficient in Excel (vLookUp, Pivot Tables, Macros) Proactive and forward-thinking
