Store Manager📍 Location : Fort - Mumbai

Reports to : Operations Manager / Retail Head

Are you a dynamic retail leader who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving store profitability? We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a premium retail environment.

What You Will Lead :

• End-to-end store operations
• Front & back-of-house teams
• Customer experience excellence
• Sales performance & merchandise planning
• Staff development, training & communication
• Loss prevention, cash & stock controls
• Operational efficiency & resource management

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Achieve sales targets and optimize store profitability

🔹 Ensure strong visual merchandising aligned with customer demand

🔹 Maintain ideal stock levels & collaborate with buying / operations

🔹 Train teams on product knowledge + retail systems

🔹 Manage customer escalations professionally

🔹 Recruit, develop, and appraise store staff

🔹 Uphold grooming standards, discipline, and store culture

🔹 Protect store assets and drive cost-saving opportunities

🔹 Maintain top-tier housekeeping and store presentation

What We’re Looking For :

✨ Senior retail experience (luxury is mandatory)

✨ Excellent communication & customer service skills

✨ Strong leadership and team management abilities

✨ Proactive, detail-oriented, flexible, and calm under pressure

✨ Computer literacy

✨ Fluency in English (additional languages a plus!)
