Job Description Summary : Project Manager – Premium Projects
The Project Manager – Premium Projects is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of premium interior projects with exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. This role serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients, overseeing project execution from design validation to final handover.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and validating drawings, BOQs, and work orders; preparing and tracking detailed project schedules; identifying design discrepancies and execution risks; conducting regular site audits; and maintaining strict quality control. The Project Manager acts as a bridge between designers, site teams, and customers, ensuring smooth communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
The role also involves vendor coordination, performance analysis, process improvement, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to deliver a superior customer experience.
